Aims and Objectives
Organization
To foster, organize and ensure a programmed, well-articulated development of land situate at Trans-Nkisi, in such a way and manner as shall advance, promote and protect the interest of the original Allottees or landowners in the schemes for development of the said land.

For the purpose outlines in the foregoing paragraph to appoint trustees who shall be responsible for the achievement of the aims and objects of the Association outlined in this constitution.
Development
To purchase, develop or otherwise acquire parts of the said land or buildings thereon and develop the same in the interest of the original Allottees.
Co-operative
To co-operate with all public authorities or private enterprise in all matters affecting the said land.
Promote and Protect
To promote and protect the integrity, rights, and interests of the members of the Association whenever the need arises.
Agreement
To enter into any arrangements with public authorities, whether local and state Government in Anambra State for the achievement of the aims and objects of the Association and obtain from such public authorities all rights, concessions, and privileges as may advance the aims and objects of the Association.
